We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product. See below for more information about our return policy.
Order Cancellation
After placing your order, it will take one to three business days to complete. You can cancel your order before it ships by emailing service@warmssy.com. We will cancel the shipment and issue a refund within 24 hours.
Product Returns
To receive a refund, you must return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition and undamaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days.
Return Methods
If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service for the return address. Once you receive the address, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the invoice.
In some cases, returns are free. If your reason for return is not a product defect from warmssy.com, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Post-delivery returns
Once we receive and inspect the item you returned, we will process your return or exchange request. The return or exchange process takes at least 14 days from the date we receive the item. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take one or two billing cycles for the return to be completed. We will notify you by email when your return is processed.
Return Address
Due to the different countries of origin of the products, unless there is a problem with the product's quality, the product must be returned to its country of origin via the shipping company.
The original addresses are: Germany, France, Canada, USA, Japan, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, etc.

For any further questions or needs, please contact our customer service. If the return is due to a reason beyond the consumer's control, the return shipping cost will be borne by the consumer. The specific cost depends on the delivery service you choose. If the product you received is damaged or defective due to a reason on our part, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
